Effective 2026. Operator: Ab616 Ltd.

Apple offers a default EULA to all App Store apps unless the developer publishes its own. Shelflife follows Apple's standard licensing terms. The points below add the application-specific items Apple requires us to call out.

1. Licence

Apple grants you a non-transferable licence to use the application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

2. No advice

Shelflife provides educational tools and AI-generated drafts. Nothing in the app constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax or accounting advice. Consult a qualified UK adviser before acting on any output.

3. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic) may cause brief disruption.

4. In-app purchases

Subscription purchases are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel at any time from your device's subscription settings.

5. Third-party services

Connecting Shopify, Xero, QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Meta, Companies House or any other integration is at your option and subject to that provider's terms.

6. Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce its terms.
